These terms govern use of the public website at linchpinhq.app. Paid Linchpin services may be governed by a separate order, service agreement, acceptable-use policy, and privacy terms. If those documents conflict with these website terms for a paid service, the applicable customer agreement controls.
Informational use
Website content is provided for general business information. Features, integrations, availability, pricing, and examples may change. A demo or website statement is not a guarantee of business results, revenue, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every phone or software system.
Acceptable use
You may use the website lawfully to evaluate Linchpin and contact the business. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs operation, misrepresent your identity, or use site content to violate another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The Linchpin name, logo, website design, text, and other original materials are owned by Linchpin or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own evaluation. No other license is granted unless Linchpin agrees in writing.
Third-party services
The site links to services such as Cal.com and the Linchpin client portal. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Linchpin is not responsible for unrelated third-party content or availability.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Examples and calculator outputs are estimates based on stated assumptions and user inputs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Linchpin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a revised date and version on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply to future use.
